All members of (G)I-DLE they decided to continue together as a group below Entertainment cube.
As the group neared the end of their exclusive contract, there was speculation about the members, particularly their leader, Soyeonleaving Cube Entertainment. As a result, fans have long been concerned about the group’s uncertain future.
But Soyeon herself put all speculations to rest Melon Music Awards 2024. On November 30, KST, (G)I-DLE captured one of the four Daesang Awards at MMA, the Record of the Year award.
During her acceptance speech, Soyeon addressed the rumors about her contract renewal with Cube Entertainment and confirmed that not only she, but all five of them have decided to stay with their current agency.
There have been many articles about my contract [with the company] deadline which would lead to the dissolution of (G)I-DLE. But I can tell you that not only me, but all five of us have renewed our contracts.

He continued to reassure fans of (G)I-DLE’s deep bond and unwavering future plans.
We talked about it [with the company] before taking this stage today. Whether it’s next year or the year after that, the five of us will be together for the rest of our lives, so please don’t worry. We’ll repay everyone with good music next year.
