VIPs, rejoice! The long-awaited SBS Gayo Daejeon confirmed that the The king of K-pop G-Dragon will set the stage on fire with a fiery performance!
On December 12, the Internet exploded following SBS 2024’s latest artist Gayo Daejeon’s big reveal that he is none other than the leader of BIGBANG, garnering explosive reactions on social media.
G-Dragon last performed at the annual song festival in 2016 with his fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung, and former members TOP and Seungri. He also collaborated with 2NE1 leader CL for a two-track performance at the same event.

But with his participation in this year’s festival, fans are already excited to witness another legendary stage from the K-pop royal family, following his emotional performance of BIGBANG’s hits “BANG BANG BANG” and “Fantastic Baby ” with Taeyang and Daesung.
Meanwhile, 2NE1 is also scheduled to perform at the 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon, sparking a wave of excitement among second-generation K-pop fans. Since the quartet is known to be close friends with BIGBANG, Blackjacks (2NE1 fandom) and VIP are expecting a collaborative performance between the two iconic groups.
SBS Gayo Daejeon 2024 will take place at INSPIRE Arena, Seoul on December 25, 2024.
