G-Dragon to Join 2NE1’s Concert as a Guest? Speculations Arise After THIS

BIGBANG G-Dragon has been causing excitement as rumors circulated that he may be appearing at 2NE1’s upcoming concert.

On September 7, GD teased the K-pop community with his highly anticipated comeback by sharing a photo of himself working with YG producer Choice37.

Surprisingly, international pop singer Pharrell Williams was also in the photo, fueling fans’ anticipation that the two are “cooking” new music together for the K-pop icon’s solo comeback.

However, confusion arose when CL revealed that she was also present at the YG Entertainment studio. The 2NE1 member even shared a snap with Williams and GD, which sparked curiosity about the three artists meeting.

When BLACKJACK (2NE1 fans) and VIP (BIGBANG fans) saw CL and GD together, it reminded them of YG’s “golden age” in the 2010s.

In the past, the two leaders had many collaborations when they were still under YG. In 2009, their groups also made history by creating the hit “Lollipop”.

With CL’s reunion with 2NE1 and G-Dragon’s return as a singer in the second half of the year, fans’ expectations have increased after the two were spotted together in the recording studio.

Theories then formed: some K-pop fans claimed that GD might have joined 2NE1’s reunion concert in October, given the close relationship he has with them, especially CL and Dara.

2NE1 will be holding a world tour to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the quartet’s debut. The concert will open in Seoul from October 4 to 6 and continue in Kobe, Japan from November 29 to 30 and December 1, as well as in Tokyo from December 13 to 15.

Despite his busy schedule, G-Dragon, the “King of K-pop”, has always supported his closest friends.

This was demonstrated when he performed on stage with Daesung as BIGBANG at Taeyang’s solo concert, “Taeyang 2024 Tour -The Light Year – in Seoul”, held at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
