Three years later Squid game has become a global phenomenon, Lee Jung Jae is back as Seong Gi Hun to lead a stellar cast in the next round of deadly games. This action-packed horror thriller promises twists, turns and new villains, like Player 230.
Player 230 is played by a former member of BIG BANG, SUPERIOR (Choi Seung Hyun), who previously acted Iris, Mug: The Hidden Card, and more. Although his casting has received mixed reviews, fans are eager to learn more about his character.
In the Squid game 2 trailer, Player 230 eliminates other players by pushing them, activating the Red Light and Green Light robots with laser eyes from Season 1.

While the latest trailer is attracting a lot of attention, a detail from a previous teaser has also piqued the curiosity of some fans. In this scene, as Player 230 pulls his arm back to punch another player, his nail polish is visible.
On X, an eagle-eyed viewer pointed out the similarity between TOP’s nails and BIGBANG’s recently worn nail polish G-Dragon.

G-Dragon showed off this colorful ea nail polish Chanel dressed while going to the MAMA Awards 2024 in Osaka, Japan.
While T.O.P.’s nails and G-Dragon’s are not identical, they are similar enough to stir emotions in fans who hope to see the two perform together again one day.
