A former SM Entertainment intern recounted his days at the entertainment company, also mentioning an anecdote regarding former RIIZE member Seunghan’s true personality.
The intern in question is Anderson, known for his appearance on the survival show NCT Lastart. Since Anderson left SM Entertainment, the former contestant has decided to continue his activities and showcase his talent more on his official SNS.
Notably on TikTok, a fan casually asked in one of Anderson’s dance videos, “Did you see what they did to Seunghan and Lucas? Horrible.”
“It breaks my heart,” Anderson responded.
After the fan expressed sadness over the two idols’ departure from their respective groups, Anderson recalled how kind Seunghan had been to him back then.
“Seunghan was so kind to me even when I was new,” Anderson commented.

Seunghan made a lot of headlines in 2024 for his departure from RIIZE. In 2023, controversy began when some of his pre-debut photos showed him being intimate with an ex-girlfriend and a video allegedly showing him smoking a cigarette.
This was followed by the idol’s indefinite hiatus, until October 2024, when SM Entertainment announced Seunghan’s return to RIIZE.
Later, Seunghan addressed his controversy and shared his determination to do better, as well as work hard in the group.
Unfortunately, the hate train was still too bad. “OT6 fans”, also known as fans who prefer the group as a six-member group, detested its return through community forums and sent funeral wreaths in front of SM to demand Seunghan’s departure.
Shortly after the backlash, Seunghan permanently left RIIZE, sparking outrage on social media.
On November 15, 2024, SM revealed that Seunghan will debut as a solo artist.
