Former Miss Korea and Racing Model Shin Hae-ri Dies at Age 32

On September 14, fellow model Jo In-young shared the news of Shin Hae-ri’s passing on her social media account, writing, “Please send your deepest condolences and pray that our beloved Hae-ri is not alone on her final journey.

A funeral service was held at Hall 5 of Joeun Nursing Hospital Funeral Hall in Nowon-gu, Seoul; the funeral will be held on the afternoon of the 15th.

As news of her sudden passing spread, her colleagues left her messages on social media, expressing their grief. Comments like, “Dear Haeri, who have always been so pure, you are going to a good place,” “We will miss you, sweet girl,” AND “Rest now, I think you are in a wonderful place, as beautiful as your face” were published in his memory.

Born in 1992, Shin Hae-ri gained recognition after ranking in the 2012 Miss Korea Gyeongnam pageant and began her career as a racing model in 2014. Since 2018, she has also worked as a ring girl for Road FC, earning a large fan base.
