In November 2024, former member of MADEIN, Gaeunmade allegations of sexual assault against the CEO of the group company. Ultimately, Gaeun left the group, with the company claiming it was for personal reasons.

Since then, fans have expressed concern about MADEIN’s six remaining members, especially after some troubling details, including the CEO reportedly confessing his love for another member.

Recently, fans of the group have taken action in an attempt to protect the girl group.

Protest trucks were sent out starting January 9th 143 Entertainmentannouncing a boycott if the group’s contracts with the company were not terminated.

The protests were also shared on Instagram, where Gaeun appears to have reacted. In a photo shared by a fan, Gaeun’s Instagram account appears to have liked a story sharing the post about the protest trucks.

She also apparently liked another story that mentioned banners sent in support of the group.
