Former Japanese AV actress turned broadcaster Mihiro Kaneko attracted attention next openly discussing the reason for his divorce. Mihiro, who currently runs a Korea-focused YouTube travel channel, shared his personal story during his appearance on the television variety show Asahi “The hell I would most like to confess”, aired on January 29.

Mihiro married stuntman Shimokawa Shinya in October 2018, but the couple later divorced after three years of marriage. Reflecting on that time, she revealed that the two initially entered married life hoping to have children.

She explained that they had started seriously preparing for the pregnancy, but over time the process gradually changed the dynamic of their relationship. Mihiro said that their marital intimacy eventually stopped being perceived as an expression of love and instead became something closer to a task or obligation focused solely on having a child.
