Singer-turned-actress Jenny reportedly celebrated her wedding on March 7 with her boyfriend, model and businessman. The ceremony was attended by close friends and acquaintances, while fellow DIA member Yebin performed a congratulatory song to celebrate the couple.
After the ceremony, Jenny posted several photos from the wedding on her social media and shared a heartfelt message. “Many thanks to everyone who came despite their busy schedules and to those who congratulated us from afar,” he wrote.
Her surprise wedding announcement had already attracted attention last month when she revealed her upcoming wedding through wedding photos posted on February 8. At the time, he wrote, “It’s already been 6 years and 5 months since we met. And this March I will become a bride.”
Born in 1996, Jenny debuted in 2015 as a member of the girl group DIA. During her idol activities, she promoted under the stage name Jenny. The group gained attention in part thanks to member Jung Chaeyeon, who later became widely known as an actress and idol. DIA officially disbanded in 2022 after contracts with PocketDol Studio expired.
Jenny left the group earlier, in July 2019, and began pursuing acting under her real name Lee Soyul. Since then, she has appeared in several projects, including drama ones “Drinking alone”, “Sweet temptation” and web drama “Only, not Melo”, gradually building her acting career. With her marriage marking a new chapter in her life, many fans have sent her their congratulations and support for her future both personally and professionally.
