He will make sure this event goes down in K-Pop history.
Min Hee Jin will officially leave I LOVE IT AND MOVES starting November 20, 2024.
He said he will terminate his shareholder agreement and resign as internal director of ADOR.
Below is Min Hee Jin’s official statement.
“Today I resign from my position as internal director of ADOR. I will also terminate my shareholder agreement and hold HYBE liable for breach of the agreement.
I will also take legal action against the numerous illegal acts committed by HYBE and its executives.
Even in the midst of the conflict with HYBE, which began with the illegal audit of HYBE in April, which continued for over seven months, I did everything in my power to maintain the shareholder agreement and restore ADOR to its original state.
However, HYBE did not admit their mistakes and showed no effort to change, so I decided that further efforts would be a waste of time.
I hoped that HYBE would admit its mistakes and worked tirelessly to protect NewJeans from HYBE. This is why I sent internal emails twice in April.”

He revealed that instead of looking back at their mistakes, they continued with unreasonable actions and media games.
“But, instead of reflecting, they continued to commit senseless acts and even opened an embarrassing illegal audit to the public. They framed me, the minority shareholder and CEO, for usurping management through a witch hunt and launched irrational attacks that are hard to believe came from a large company.
After seven months of chaos, it was finally revealed that my complaints were based on fact, as HYBE’s lies and hypocrisy came to light.
Honestly, HYBE should have known from the beginning that the contents of the complaint were all true.
However, since they were only concerned with their own interests and gains, they must have wanted to ignore the essence of “problem solving”.
I don’t even expect them to repent, but it was a naive judgment to think that they would have at least a modicum of conscience as human beings.
But just like breathing doesn’t always mean living, I didn’t want to go with the flow and settle into this twisted, money-obsessed organization.
Until recently, HYBE continued to use its subordinate labels to file unreasonable lawsuits and use media games, while at the same time trying to bury me through a contract full of toxic clauses as if they were doing me a huge favor.
While requesting an agreement, which is important in a business deal, they insisted only on in-person meetings, making incomprehensible demands and unreasonably claiming that they could not provide documents.
It is no longer surprising that those who unilaterally fired the CEO are spreading false information to the media that the CEO resigned to take over production duties and is asking others to “keep it a secret.”

He stressed that he did everything in his power to protect ADOR.
“The atrocities committed by HYBE will be recorded as an unprecedented story in the history of K-Pop.
I have fought with everything I have mentally, financially and physically for the last seven months to try to revive ADOR, which was ruined by HYBE’s breach of shareholders’ agreement. This means that I did not hold back and did my best despite the controversy that began with unfounded attacks by a group masquerading as a large corporation.
HYBE’s moral decay has already reached its peak and the media game will continue. However, I am not worried because the public will also be able to read the scheme. In any case, I won’t just sit back and watch; I will punish any false accusation with legal action.
Although this case is not over yet, I would like to thank Bunnies and others who have continued to support and encourage me for almost six months. Ironically, I’ve been incredibly lucky to know some of the best people while fighting with the worst company.
Some people may not understand why I have done so much, but there must be a reason and meaning for someone like me to exist in this world. Please support me with my new K-Pop journey to come.
I conclude this statement with a relieved heart.
‘One person’s harmful actions should not harm ‘the essence of the industry.’ It’s really bad.'”
