After Min Hee Jin was removed as CEO, Hanni, along with the other members of NewJeans, shared their concerns about the action and also their discord with HYBE. Members showed commitment to Min Hee Jin and their complaints about ADOR under a new system.

On September 27, Min Hee Jin shared a message she received from Hanni before his speaker appearance at the Hyundai Card Davinci Motel.
The message Hanni received read: “Min CEO~ I wish you good luck today! Of course we know you will kill him. Hehe.”
Notably, Hanni still referred to Min Hee Jin as “CEO” even though she had been removed from her position, and HYBE explained that she would not be allowed to return to that role, despite NewJeans’ “requests” that ADOR be brought back to ” Min Hee Jin system.”
