Min Hee Jin, former CEO of HYBE’s ADOR label, is once again facing legal trouble.

A mediation session related to the defamation lawsuit filed against Min will take place on January 6.

The lawsuit, filed by a former Ador employee, seeks approximately KRW 100 million ($75,000) in damages against Min for defamation and false accusations.

The anonymous employee accused the former CEO, currently embroiled in legal issues involving ADOR and girl group Jeanz, of secondary harm after he was sexually assaulted by Ador’s former vice president A.

It is reported that the former employee would be willing to take a plea deal if Min Hee Jin pleads guilty to her misdeeds and offers a formal apology.

Min Hee Jin has not released any statement on his decision on the matter.

“We are not seeking monetary compensation, but rather for Min Hee Jin to acknowledge his mistakes and apologize. It would be difficult to reach a financial settlement,” said lawyer Jeon Hyeong-hye, the former employee’s legal representative.

The results of the investigation by South Korea’s labor bureau are expected to be announced by the end of January.
