The world of fitness influencers has been hit by the passing of the well-known Korean YouTuber and bodybuilder Seung Hyun Park has been confirmed. At just 35 years old, his sudden death left fans and the fitness community in mourning.
On January 6, Park’s older brother announced the heartbreaking news via Park’s social media accounts and YouTube community page. He shared that Park had passed away on January 5 at 3:51 pm due to health issues. He also said the family would not hold a public memorial service out of respect for the parents’ overwhelming grief. Instead, he asked that people remember Park in their thoughts and prayers.
At 3:51 pm on January 5, 2025, my younger brother Seung Hyun passed away due to health reasons and went to heaven.
Our parents are deeply heartbroken, so we will not be receiving visitors in the funeral hall. We ask you to pray for the peace of the deceased as a gesture of condolence.

Born in 1990, Park Seung Hyun has been widely recognized for his influence in the fitness industry. With a YouTube channel boasting 830,000 subscribers, he has gained popularity thanks to his engaging fitness content and bodybuilding journey. His constant uploads, even up until a few days before his passing, make the news of his death even more shocking to his followers.
Park had been open about his struggles in the past. In 2019, he revealed that he voluntarily reported himself for involvement in the illegal use and distribution of substances. This led to the prosecution being suspended. He later became an outspoken advocate against the use of performance-enhancing drugs in the fitness world, launching a movement to expose their widespread misuse.
