DO has officially confirmed EXO’s preparations for the entire group’s comeback.

Korean newspaper OSEN had an exclusive interview with the “Rose” singer, who was asked about EXO’s updates.

The interviewer also brought up the topic that his bandmates Suho and Chanyeol were the only EXO members present at SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary concert.

“Will we be able to see EXO as a complete group?” asked the interviewer.

“Of course,” DO replied. “We will start preparing now. There is no need to worry as we will start now.”

The singer was also asked for specific details regarding the group’s return. DO shared, “I don’t think it will be released this year, but it will be as soon as possible.”

He said that EXO members’ individual schedules are being considered.

“We have to take everyone’s schedule into account. I think preparations will start this year.”

EXO debuted on April 8, 2012, which can only mean that the group will be approaching its 13th debut anniversary in 2025. Despite the obstacles EXO has faced over the years, the group has persevered by remaining strong and releasing good music.

The idol emphasized EXO’s unbreakable bond, “EXO is still alive and well, and (some members) are simply in different agencies. But I don’t think there is anything different in the preparation process, since all EXO-related preparations are being made through SM.”
