EXODUS member Baekhyun he achieved incredible sales numbers within a single day of the release of his new solo album.
On September 6 KST, Baekhyun released his fourth mini album, Hello WorldAccording to the Hanteo Chart, the album sold 893,214 copies on its first day!
While the number is impressive in itself, it is significant to note that Hello World surpassed the first week sales of Baekyun’s latest solo album, Baby, in less than a day. Baby had sold 868,000 copies in its first week. This result marks the best result of Baekhyun’s career.

The album also showed impressive performances on music charts all over the world. Soon after its release, Hello Worldreached the top of the iTunes Top Albums charts in 33 countries. The title song, “Pineapple Slice”, also reached the top of the iTunes Top Songs charts in 24 regions.
Hello World marks Baekhyun’s return as a solo artist after three and a half years. His album performances are expected to increase further as the singer will open a pop-up experience in Gangnam to promote the album from September 7 to 13. The event will utilize an entire three-story building and will include unique experiences such as a music room, photo booth, exhibition, raffle events, and more. To ensure the safety of attendees, only those with free advance reservations will be admitted.
