As part of their Act: promise world tour, TXT have performed all over the planet for the past six months. Their recent stops took them to Jakarta, Indonesia, where they held a concert on October 2nd.

Fans were excited for the group’s return, but have since pieced together the many problems that happened on the day of the show that were not the group’s fault.

Before the concert even began, many fans were unhappy that it would take place on a weekday instead of a weekend. While this is common, the group’s tour dates in Indonesia all took place on weekdays. Act: lovesick it occurred on October 12, 2022, a Wednesday; Act: Sweet mirage it occurred on August 9, 2023, a Wednesday; AND Act: promise it also happened on a Wednesday.

In addition to concerns like the lack of concert decorations at the venue…

…fans shared that the seating arrangements changed in ways that significantly altered the experience.

Originally the TXT concert was supposed to take place in two rooms of the venue, but it is said that at a certain point it was changed to just one, without warning. This posed a problem as more fans were placed in a smaller location, an issue that can potentially become dangerous when dealing with standing areas.

With the change in layout also came the lack of the promised risers for the concert and a completely different view than expected for the price. Price was also taken into consideration as fans complained about a lack of theatricality with the set design and no “goodbye” benefits.

Another issue of concern was the ban on food and water, with no distribution of water during the event. Temperatures in Jakarta have been high lately, resulting in heat advisories being issued.

Fans, while grateful that TXT is back in the country, have taken their complaints to Applewood Indonesia and BIGHIT Music to make their complaints known.
