ENIPENE‘S Jungwon AND aespa‘S Winter have recently been engulfed in dating rumors. They were spotted together in a bar.
SM Entertainment soon denied the dating allegations, claiming that they were just colleagues in training. Jungwon used to train in SM Entertainment. However, a post about Douban went viral soon after the allegations were debunked. The post claimed more evidence of their dating, gathered by the sasaengs. First, the sasaengs who had their numbers found that their display names matched on Kakaotalk. Many celebrities avoid using their real names for their display name. Winter used the Korean character “ㅇ” while Jungwon used “ddd.” On the keyboard both have the same position.
They also said the two were texting during a Prada event Jungwon attended on October 24, 2024. They said the two use a lesser-known messaging app to message each other and avoid detection. Kakaotalk’s yellow bubbles are highly recognizable.
Sasaeng tried entering both stars’ phone numbers and realized that they were already registered on the app.
Winter also accidentally followed a meme page on Instagram.
It turns out that Jungwon’s supposedly private Instagram follows both Winter and the meme page.
Last but not least, a sasaeng claimed that Jungwon was seen leaving his dormitory on October 25, 2024 to make a call.
The call was made near the group’s dormitory. It was said that he would call a taxi. Sasaengs followed the taxi and saw it get off presumably in the parking lot of a hotel or apartment complex.

- “They said the car went into an apartment or a hotel parking lot.”

- “But we don’t know which hotel he checked into.”
