ENHYPEN’s alleged overwork has been a cause for concern for several years.
As more internal HYBE documents have leaked, new comments about groups, including under its labels, have been revealed.
The latest leak contains some discussion of a point of continued concern from fans ENIPENE.
Since their debut, ENHYPEN have had a busy schedule of comebacks, tours and many other work commitments. In recent months, the group’s schedule has become a big concern for fans worried about the idols’ health.
In addition to announcing a new tour just a month after the previous one, which lasted 401 days, the group showed many signs of exhaustion on stage and off, with members reported as injured.

In comments labeled as dating back to August 2022, HYBE discussed their exhaustion in relation to their performance KCON LA2022. The document acknowledged that their exhaustion was visible and said it was “likely related to their mental state.”
The program was not easy. However, there are still some points to take care of and it seems that several problems with ENHYPEN are occurring in those areas.
I have monitored that members seem very tired and this may not just be a physical condition issue but perhaps related to their mental state or the level of psychological rewards they are receiving. In this case, finding a way to encourage them and keep them motivated is crucial to maintaining quality, but if this is not done, the results could be like KCON’s recent performance. Although they have worked hard, the reviews are negative, frustrations build among them, and this negative energy ultimately affects the team’s momentum.

It is worth noting that, just two months after this performance, Sunghoon fainted at Newark Airport, believed to be caused by exhaustion. And with the group’s schedule remaining uninterrupted, it appears their burnout hasn’t been adequately addressed by HYBE.
