On August 27th, a new episode of K-Star Next Door It was uploaded to YouTube, with ENHYPEN‘S Jung Won, HeeseungAND Jacob. It was a surprise, since the stars who appear on the show are usually there to promote new releases, and ENHYPEN had just returned from Los Angeles, as stated in the episode.
At one point during the episode, Jonathan mentions that he heard that ENHYPEN were working on a new album, despite being busy with their tour. Jungwon confirms this, adding, “When we finish performing, we should not only take a break, but prepare for the next album..”
This part of the video was reposted on X, where it quickly gained attention.

In recent months, fans have increasingly shared their concerns about the group’s activities. Several members have been injured or shown signs of fatigue, and no extended hiatus has been announced.
Instead, the group hinted at further plans and releases, sparking protests.

Jungwon’s comments sparked even more anger towards BELIFT, accusing them of brainwashing the group into constant, non-stop activities.

While it is important for K-Pop artists to be active in order to maintain and grow their fan base, there needs to be a balance that doesn’t jeopardize the group’s health and happiness, and that’s exactly what ENHYPEN fans want.
