In addition, we continue to experiment with frequent privacy violations and stalking behaviors, such as the use of information illegally purchased to get on board the same flights as our artists, as well as taking unauthorized photographs as artists in private spaces. We would like to clarify that these actions cause serious damage to our artists and constitute stalking behaviors that explicitly violate the consent of our artists.

Belift clarified that they have collected evidence to identify these stalkers and are actively presenting complaints with the relevant authorities to bring them back to justice.
In addition, the group was also targeted by organized online chat rooms that spread false voices or trapped private details of the members. This led members to receive obsteen calls and messages from strangers and to be persecuted during private times. Belift is also taking legal actions against these authors.
We are currently collecting tests for such cases and other illegal activities listed below and we are undertaking a strong legal action:
- Make continuous phone calls including the sending of obscene messages to the cell phones of artists
- Follow the artists in their private lives
- Get and sell artists’ personal information and videos of the artists
- Other actions that violate the privacy of artists

Finally, the warning turned to the fans, urging them to maintain order and safety at airports when Enhypen’s trips. The agency asked fans to refrain from the attempt of excessive physical contact with the members, taking indiscriminate images in prohibited areas and interfering with the procedures necessary at the airport.
