On November 16, Lee Da-hae uploaded a video titled “Shanghai House First Reveal (?)” to her YouTube channel “1+1=Lee Da-hae”.
In her YouTube debut, Lee Da-hae featured her residence in Shanghai as the first content.
Holding his dog in his arms, he said “This is my home in Shanghai. I love this neighborhood” and revealed his large villa.
He described his neighborhood as having amenities such as a fitness center, a hospital, a shopping center and even a small stream. He explained: “This place is close to the company I work with in China. Since I visit China often and stay in hotels too often, the company just got me this house. It’s a great company.”
Lee Da-hae revealed that she has been living in the Shanghai house for about 2~3 months. He shared: “I come here once or twice a month, but my stays get longer each time. The security guards here really like me. They call me “My Girl” Lee Da-hae and give me a warm welcome. I’m so grateful.“
As Lee Da-hae visited the house, she revealed “I didn’t buy anything in this house. Everything was sponsored by the company”, proudly highlighting the company’s exceptional support.
It showcased the clean and modern interiors, including the kitchen, main room, guest bedroom, dressing room and vanity area.
Later, Lee Da-hae visited his company for a Chinese photo shoot. Looking at the office full of objects, he said: “There are so many products here because brands send samples saying, “We want to work with Lee Da-hae.” The staff then recommends items to me after reviewing them.“
He also showed off piles of clothes, shoes and bags, explaining: “These are exclusively for me. Brands send me crazy things. Every time I visit Shanghai, I come empty-handed because everything I need is already here. I’m so grateful.”
During a heartfelt meal with her production team, Lee Da-hae revealed her reasons for starting a YouTube channel.
He said: “I have been active on Chinese SNSs for a long time. There was a time when it was difficult for Korean celebrities to work and they couldn’t do movies or dramas. That’s when I started working actively in China. But I’ve always wanted to connect with my Korean fans. Since my life in China has become so eventful, I wanted to share it with them.”
Meanwhile, Lee Da-hae and Se7en got married in May last year after eight years of dating. Currently thriving in China’s entertainment industry, Lee Da-hae previously revealed on MBC’s “Radio Star” that she earned a staggering KRW 10 billion in just four hours through a Chinese live trading broadcast, attracting considerable Attention.
Furthermore, it was revealed that he made nearly KRW 20 billion by selling a building purchased in 2016 for KRW 4.6 billion for KRW 24 billion in August last year.
