It’s official DXMON gave his fandom an official name!
DXMON reveals the official name of the fandom on the first anniversary of the debut
ON January 17 KSTgroup of beginners DXMON celebrated their one-year debut anniversary by announcing the official name of their fandom. Now DXMON fans will be called “MON”a shortened form of “DXMON”symbolizing that “fans belong to DXMON”.
The announcement comes at a crucial time for the group as they solidify their identity in the competitive K-pop landscape. Despite the challenges, including the member’s departure JoeDXMON has demonstrated resilience. Jo has officially left the group September 2024following a hiatus that began in June 2024 for personal reasons. Although her absence initially raised concerns, H Music Entertainment clarified in its statement that Jo would no longer continue activities with the group.
Now promotes as a five-member team consisting of Minjae, Seita, Hee, TK and RexDXMON continues to gain momentum. Managed by H Musical entertainment (formerly known as NV Entertainment and SSQ Entertainment), the group has shown dedication to their craft and connection with their fans.
DXMON initially attracted attention with theirs pre-debut single released on January 1, 2024which showcased their potential and unique style. Just over two weeks later, they officially debuted on January 17, 2024with their mini album “Hyperspace.” The album featured dynamic tracks that highlighted their energetic performances and diverse talents, earning them a growing fan base.
The fandom name “MONs” further strengthens the bond between the group and its supporters. With this announcement, DXMON aims to create a lasting relationship with their fans as they continue their journey in the K-pop scene.
