Episode 6 of JTBC’s Saturday-Sunday drama “The Tale of Lady Ok,” which will air on the evening of December 22, depicts Sung Do-gyeom (Kim Jae-won) and Cha Mi-ryeong (Yeonwoo), a mysterious woman who suddenly appears, becoming involved in a survival plan carried out by the fake Ok Tae-young.
Sung Do-gyeom has admired Ok Tae-young since he was young. He recognized Ok Tae-young’s courage and intelligence ever since he witnessed Ok Tae-young’s fight against Oh Hyang-so to protect his family. Therefore, when his brother Sung Yoon-gyeom’s (Choo Young-woo) marriage was discussed, he was the first to recommend Ok Tae-young.
After Ok Tae-young became his sister-in-law, Sung Do-gyeom trusted her and followed her as if she were his mother. Furthermore, after the Sung family fell apart and he had to rely on Ok Tae-young, his trust in Ok Tae-young grew as she protected the family and took care of him. Years later, Do-gyeom became a man and returned.
On December 22, JTBC released new footage showing Sung Do-gyeom, who has grown much taller than Ok Tae-young with a gentle appearance. In one photo, he wears a scholar’s hat and hugs his sister-in-law Ok Tae-young tightly to express appreciation, demonstrating their strong family bond.
Meanwhile, the fixed cuts also suggest Cha Mi-ryeong’s appearance. With a modest dress and a determined look, Cha Mi-ryeong shows up to help people in need and searches for the fake Ok Tae-young. Cha Mi-ryeong’s appearance with sharp actions and words will attract the attention of both Ok Tae-young and Sung Do-gyeom. Viewers are curious about the story of Cha Mi-ryeong and Sung Do-gyeom, who later become lovers, as well as Cha Mi-ryeong’s identity.
JTBC drama “The Tale of Lady Ok” will air episode 6 at 10:30 pm (KST) on December 22.
