On October 17th, BTS‘S Jin welcomed J-Hope home from compulsory service. While their reunion had many memorable moments, one particular detail is now sparking fan theories.
Like a K-Drama CEO, Jin arrived in style, dressed in a stunning burgundy suit and statement sunglasses. However, her dress paled in comparison to this enormous bouquet.
The size of the bouquet isn’t too surprising, given Jin’s tradition of giving its members eye-catching and often unusual gifts. But the size of the bouquet and Jin’s thoughtfulness aren’t the only reasons the bouquet attracts attention. Some eagle-eyed ARMYs were quick to make a connection that the general public probably wouldn’t notice.
The blue flowers in Jin’s bouquet closely resemble the emerald flower. These fictional flowers from BTS’s fictional universe first bloomed during BTS HYYH was and have since become an important symbol in the BTS universe.

Two years after publishing its last post, Fiore Smeraldo’s Instagram account unexpectedly published this story on October 16.
At the time, some ARMYs theorized that the story of the emerald flower could be linked to Jin’s imminent arrival Happy solo album or the comeback of a group BTS. This wasn’t long before J-Hope’s discharge from the military.

Probably not. Solo albums are usually not connected to any BTS tradition. Most likely something is starting for the next BTS project

Considering the timing, Jin could be the customer that the Emerald Flower Shop mentioned. If so, is his purchase purely tied to J-Hope’s return from the army, or does it hint at a new project? An Jin and J-Hope HYYHthemed collaboration perhaps?
