On the same day, the official app of the game NCT World immediately shared a statement declaring that he would be removing his content from the game.

Following this, on August 29, 2024, Dear U. BubbleSM Entertainment’s subscription-based messaging app for artists and others announced it would discontinue service for Taeil.

The termination would take place immediately starting from 11:00 KST on August 29, 2024. The policy for this matter states that refunds will only be available to those who subscribed to him. In the event that someone subscribed to him as part of a multi-ticket deal along with other members’ subscriptions, partial refunds would not be allowed.
