Danielle di Njz reveals that she had to denounce the pauses of the bathroom, record meals as part of surveillance during the days of the interior under Hybe

Danielle, a member of the K-Pop group Njz (ex Newjeans), opened on the rigid rules he endured during his internship days under Hybe.

In a live broadcast on March 16, through the official account of Njz, the 19 -year -old singer shared shocking details on the intense surveillance and control that she and other internships faced under the direction of Hybe. Danielle recalled that even during her free time, she was asked to leave a message before using the bathroom. The times of the meals were also strongly regulated, with the internships necessary to take photos of their food and send them to a woman manager for approval before they can eat.

“I remember having to take photos of what I ate before I was actually able to consume it. I had to send photos to our manager and she should have controlled it” he said.

In addition, Danielle noticed that there was a constant sense of being monitored when they were trainees, particularly in the rehearsal room.

The singer admitted that the trainees followed the rules, believing that not being able to conform to would influence their debut chances and that they could be cut from the program.

Danielle said she continued with that mentality until the former CEO of Ador Min Hee-Jin helped her and her group companions Njz-Minji, Hanni, Haerin and Hyein-to live that way.

The singer’s revelations arrive in a Legal battle in progress Against Ador, now their former agency. Njz resolved his exclusive contract with Ador in November 2024, citing the inability of the agency to fulfill the obligations, while Ador has intended a lawsuit to affirm the validity of the contract and sought injunctions to block the independent activities of the group. The agency subsequently expanded its injunction request in February 2025 to prohibit all entertainment activities, including songwriting, execution and advertising, which NJZ’s parents supported was an attempt to suppress the group’s career.

A hearing on the validity of the contract is scheduled for April 3.
