A “big spoiler” surfaced in online communities shortly thereafter, claiming that Culinary Monster had advanced to the finals, based on an astute observation from episode 9. In a seemingly small but crucial detail, the name tag on Culinary Monster’s outfit would show his real name, not his alias. This immediately sparked fan theories, especially since a similar revelation happened in the first season with “Napoli Mafia”, whose real name only appeared after reaching the final.
“Is this a production oversight or an intentional leak?” one user asked, while others speculated that it could be a marketing ploy to drum up interest ahead of the finale. “It seems like Netflix is trying to manipulate the hype,” wrote another.
