K-pop diva Chungha has reportedly stepped down from her DJ role on “Chungha’s Volume Up.”
On September 30, MORE VISION announced Chungha’s resignation as the DJ of KBS CoolFM’s “Volume Up”.
The soloist has been hosting the show since October 2, 2023, and will now have her final live session on October 4, followed by pre-recorded broadcasts on October 5 and 6.

The outlet released a statement detailing Chungha’s thoughts on leaving the show while also reflecting on her time as host of the program. Chungha shared:
“It was a precious moment that I will remember forever and I could say that I will never experience the same feeling anywhere else.
I would like to thank the people who have always looked after and supported me, because I have been able to grow a lot. In the meantime, I think I’m going to feel pretty empty.”
Chungha added that the decision was rooted in his need to focus on his music career. Furthermore, the production team also respected his choice and said that they would continue to support Chungha in his future endeavors.
