Yulhee, a former member of the group LABOUM, recently revealed her ex-husband Choi Minhwan’s visits to some adult entertainment venues, expressing her resentment. However, videos remain on his channel showing the couple in their happiest moments, attracting the attention of many.
On October 24, Yulhee explained the real reason for her divorce from Choi Minhwan through her YouTube channel “Yulhee’s House”. He shared, “About a year before the divorce a ‘big incident’ occurred. From that moment on, our marriage changed 180 degrees.”
Remembering her pain, Yulhee said she did not want to stay in their house, adding, “It was difficult to face the family. I also saw them talking badly to me.” He further stated, “In front of the family, Minhwan would touch my body or even put money here (on my chest),” sharing his anguish.
Yulhee also revealed audio recordings as evidence of Choi Minhwan’s visits to such facilities. In the recordings, Minhwan is heard calling a man, saying: “Is your place open? They say there are no girls available. I heard the wait is really long”, “I went out secretly, please make a reservation”, “I need to pay the 2.3 million won last time, send me the account details via Telegram”, AND “Help me find a place to stay,” which left listeners shocked.
Following the revelations, Minhwan was banned from all broadcasts and his ties to the entertainment industry were severed. Even Lee Hongki, a member of the same group, who seemed to defend Minhwan by saying: “What if it wasn’t prostitution or a brothel? Can you take responsibility for your statements?” he faced backlash for his comments.
Amidst all this, the sweet vlogs that Yulhee and Minhwan filmed together in the past are still present on “Yulhee’s House.” The presence of these videos, which capture their happy moments, has left Yulhee’s fans heartbroken.
