BTS‘S RM wrote a heartfelt letter to ARMYs, which he shared via Weverse and Instagram Stories.

These days, asking you how you are seems a little out of place, but as I pass each day, before I know it, it’s already December: winter is fully here.– RM
RM reflects on the time that has passed, noting that a year has passed since he enlisted. Even though he won’t be able to spend Christmas with ARMY, he hopes they’ll feel his presence in other ways as he releases his documentary RM: Right people, wrong place.
In just four days it will be one year since I enlisted. This Christmas I will not be able to spend it with you and all I can offer you is a greeting through this documentary, but I hope you will always believe that, in spirit, I am sincerely at your side and that you can feel it. Maybe this is just my wishful thinking.

RM revealed that he and his members remained in touch. Even though they are far away, they somehow feel even closer.
Time passes and many things happen in life. Recently I have been talking often with the other members. It feels like we’ve grown a little closer, even though we don’t live, breathe, and spend as much time together as we used to. It’s strange, isn’t it? I guess life is like that.

RM also expressed how much he misses ARMY. He is anticipating his discharge so he can reunite with everyone.
Aside from that, are there any words that carry enough weight to convey everything? I miss you. It’s really simple. In my own way, I saw, read and wrote various things, while also preparing for the year of my discharge which will arrive sooner or later. Even though there is still some time, I want to spend the year 2025 in a more meaningful way.

RM concluded his letter with some encouragement and best wishes for ARMYs to get through the long winter.
Let’s stay healthy! Because if we are sick it is painful, if we are alone it is even worse. I miss you. Let’s get through this long, long winter. Hahaha. Thank you, thank you, for all the love you have given me this past year. I love you. I will think of you often, with all my heart.
