Second Biz Korea, BTS’s J-Hope bought another luxury apartment at DEAL Up to in Yongsan. It was reported that he purchased the penthouse for ₩12.0 billion KRW (approximately $8.95 million USD) in cash and another unit on the lower floor for ₩10.0 billion KRW (approximately $7.46 million USD).
It was previously revealed that he had purchased a penthouse here. He was reported to have completed the registration of the transfer of ownership in June and purchased the unit in cash without a loan.
In just one month, J-Hope purchased two apartments for ₩22.0 billion KRW (approximately 16.4 million USD) in cash.
The penthouse at AFER Hangang has a floor area of 273.86 square meters and three bedrooms and four bathrooms, while the downstairs unit he purchased is 232.86 square meters and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
J-Hope also owns two units at Trimage Apartmentswho are famous among celebrities. With this, he now owns four luxury homes, which are worth approximately ₩27.0 billion KRW (approximately $20.1 million USD).
Meanwhile, J-Hope is currently serving in the military and is scheduled to be discharged on October 17.
