On March 31, KST, Bighit Music released a long statement that faced their recent legal actions against those who violate BTS’s rights and security. The declaration faced the ongoing conflict for the first time with the wicked YouTube channel Sojang (also known as Group of groups).
As you have seen in the media, the first court of application has established that “Taldeok Camp”, a so -called “Wrecker Cyber”, is responsible for damage equal to 76 million KRW. “Taldeok Camp” has presented an appeal since then and we are actively responding in the appeal process. We remain committed to ensuring that the “Taldeok camp” is fully responsible for illegal actions committed against our artists.

The warning therefore stated that an individual had committed a serious criminal act against BTS, including stalking, at the end of 2024. The agency moved rapidly and presented a police relationship. The author was captured by the law by the authorities and subsequently made a legal procedure.
At the end of last year, a serious criminal act, including stalking, was committed against our artist, causing immediate action on our part. We presented a report to the police and the author was arrested in Flagente Delicto, subsequently detained and pursued.

Bighit added that the author was sentenced by the court at the beginning of this year. They were fined ₩ 10.0 million KRW (about $ 6,790 USD).

While Bighit Music did not specify which BTS member was a victim in this accident, the fans were both alarmed for the growing violation of the group’s privacy and reassured by the Agency’s initiative to prevent the authors from getting it off.
