BTS Jin and Red Velvet Wendy are ready to serve the true vocal power of the third generation! Ahead of the release of the male superstar’s solo album, he confirmed the title and lyrical meaning of their collaborative song.
On October 17, Jin continued to introduce his new solo mini-album “Happy” by unveiling its tracklist containing a total of six songs, including the lead single “Running Wild”.
The album will also contain the pre-release “I’ll Be There” and the secondary tracks “Another Level”, “Until It Reaches You”, “Heart on the Window” and “Longing”.
“Happy,” out November 15, will be Jin’s first solo album since his solo debut.
Through this album, he intends to convey the message of the pursuit of happiness through various musical genres from which fans can draw strength and comfort to continue their daily lives.
To make the album more memorable and exciting, Jin worked with top-notch artists to complete the album.
For the title track, Take That’s Gary Barlow participated as producer, while American singer-songwriter Max co-produced the pre-release song “I’ll Be There”. The song and official music video will be released on October 25th at 1pm EST.
Additionally, Takawa Toru of Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK is credited for the song “Until It Reaches You”.
Last but not least, Jin and Wendy will have their amazing collaboration of the year with “Heart on the Window.” This is a love song that contains lyrics that promise love. He compares the passage of time between lovers to the seasons seen from the window.
