BRIIZE have joined other K-pop fandoms in seeking justice for Seunghan after he was allegedly forced to leave RIIZE due to the intense bullying he experienced.
As SM Entertainment explained that Seunghan would be leaving RIIZE in response to OT6 K-BRIIZE’s protest, a flurry of fans and other fandoms showed their combined power in boycotting the label.
On October 14, several RIIZE fan unions both in Korea and abroad announced that they would boycott SM and make them return to its original decision, stating that they would only support them if “RIIZE is 7 years old”.
The boycott will include ignoring, unfollowing, and decreasing interaction with RIIZE’s SNSs and streaming platforms. Fans have also decided not to purchase the group’s merchandise and tickets to fan events, nor to take any action that would promote the group.
They made it clear that this is not aimed at sabotaging the group but to demonstrate to the label that the opinions of international fans are stronger and more valid than they think.

Furthermore, OT7 fans want SM to realize that they should not only consider Korean fans’ point of view, but also feel international fans’ greater love for Seunghan.
Afterwards, other K-pop fandoms, regardless of past fan wars, showed their support for BRIIZE, sympathizing with how labels barely protect their artists and give them the treatment they deserve.
Previously, Seunghan who wrote his departure letter to fans was spotted in front of SM alone, looking at the funeral wreaths sent to him.
