BOYNEXTDOOR and LE SSERAFIM were awarded the Digital Song Bonsang al 40th Gold Record Awardheld on January 10 at the Taipei Dome.
The prestigious ceremony, hosted by Sung Si Kyung and Moon Ga Young, celebrated excellence in music and marked its 40th anniversary. Both groups took to the stage to accept their awards with heartfelt gratitude.
BOYNEXTDOOR shared his excitement, stating, “We are really happy to receive this award. We are currently preparing our first full-length album for 2026 and hope everyone can’t wait to see it.”
LE SSERAFIM also gave a touching speech: “It is already an honor to be part of the 40th Gold Record Awardand receiving this award makes it even more meaningful. We sincerely thank CEO So Sung Jin, producer Bang Si Hyuk and everyone who supported us. And, of course, thanks to our fans – we’ll make sure to repay your love with even more exciting activities this year.”
THE 40th Gold Record Award was broadcast exclusively in South Korea via Naver’s CHZZK platform, while international fans tuned in via PRIZM for the global live stream. The event highlighted the continued dominance of the new generation of K-pop, with BOYNEXTDOOR and LE SSERAFIM demonstrating their growing influence in the digital music scene.
