BLACKPINK‘S Rose tells the story of her first Met Gala in 2021 when they met by chance Rihanna.
Rosé was asked if she could wait a few minutes before taking short content and images by the staff. The reason? Rihanna and A$AP Rocky they were taking their photos!
Shortly after, he sees Rihanna in her glamorous look from the event. As she watched all this happen, she wondered if she was even allowed to be there.
A photographer asked her if she was a Rihanna fan and, of course, her answer was yes! However, when he asked her if she wanted to meet Rihanna, she said no so as not to be a burden.
However, Rihanna ended up walking next to her and the photographer took advantage of the moment to point out Rosé. This leads to the sweetest interaction.
Rihanna took Rosé’s hands and gave her nothing but praise before hugging her.
The experience was so iconic for Rosé that she didn’t want to wash her hands!
