On Dec. 19, Jennie shared a handwritten card for her fans to celebrate the Christmas holiday. In the postcard, Jennie excitedly confirmed that she is preparing to release a solo album.
Jennie wrote, “My album is finally arriving and I can’t wait to share it with you guys soon.” In the Christmas card, Jennie also expressed her gratitude and love for her supporters over the years.
Ahead of the album’s release, the K-pop star released a song called “MANTRA,” which marks his first solo release since starting his company, OA. The song, which features a strong western style, was widely promoted in the US market.
Rosé was the first member of BLACKPINK to release a solo album, receiving overwhelming support from fans around the world. Now, fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Jennie and Lisa’s albums, while the eldest member, Jisoo, remains busy with film projects.
