Netflix’s Wednesday Season 2 is making waves for its surprise Blackpink cameo, but an response to the interview has moved the spotlight into disputes.

A fan wrote, “Clearly she doesn’t like Blackpink, the tone says it all”, while another said that “only groups of boys like”.
Others, however, hurried to defend Emma, stressing that it may simply have tired of repeating questions to K-Pop. Some claimed that his comments were neutral and misunderstood.
This division has triggered a debate on online, showing once again how sensitive global fandoms can be when it comes to their idols.
