On September 1 (Korean time), Taeyang held the second concert of his first solo tour, *The Light Year*, in Seoul, South Korea. The concert of BIGBANG lead singer attracted considerable attention from K-pop fans. After the opening night, rumors spread online that BIGBANG would reunite at Taeyang’s concert, causing VIPs (BIGBANG fans) to be tense with excitement.
As expected, BIGBANG officially reunited on stage. The moment the tune of *We Like 2 Party* started, featuring the voices of three members G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung, fans immediately erupted in joy. This moment holds great significance for fans, as it is the first time BIGBANG has performed together since their *Last Dance* stage in January 2017. After 7 years of ups and downs, BIGBANG’s reunion has been a long-cherished wish for their fans.
This was also the first time that leader G-Dragon returned to the stage after being discharged from the army. Not only did the three members reunite, but the iconic duo GD x Taeyang also returned with their legendary performance of *Good Boy*. Seeing BIGBANG sing together again revived unforgettable memories of their youth in the hearts of fans.
At Taeyang’s concert, G-Dragon confirmed that he will be returning with a new album in December, giving fans an unforgettable day.
In addition to BIGBANG’s legendary comeback, Taeyang’s concert also welcomed a special guest: sub-unit SEVENTEEN BSS. The three members Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan of the million-selling boy group fulfilled their fanboy dreams by taking the stage with Taeyang for the first time. SEVENTEEN BSS’s powerful vocals and incredible stage presence thrilled the crowd, who couldn’t stand still.
