MONSTER CHILD is preparing to release their first full album, DRIPon November 1st, worldwide.
As the release date approached, the group’s promotional appearances began in full swing. On October 22, they appeared as special guests The K-Star next doora popular one YouTube show hosted by Jonathan It’s bad.
During their conversation, Jonathan complimented the members of BABYMONSTER for their exceptional talent, adding that their “YG genes” were very important. They also talked about BABYMONSTER’s special performance at the recent one 2NE1 concert, highlighting the strong legacy of YG Entertainment’s artist roster.

Jonathan then mentioned the legendary YG Entertainment artist G-Dragon he was also involved in BABYMONSTER’s career, as he was one of the composers of their next title track, “DRIP”.
Asa he then revealed that G-Dragon not only participated in the song’s production but also recorded the demo song. “It was an honor”, she explained dazedly.
Asa was also given the monumental task of emulating G-Dragon’s style while recording the song. Even though she was initially nervous and intimidated, she did her best.
When Jonathan asked if G-Dragon had given them guidance, Rora quickly intervened to stop her members from spreading any more spoilers.
The anticipation for BABYMONSTER’s new album was already high, but given G-Dragon’s deep involvement, it got even higher!
