MONSTER CHILD AND YG entertainment they are believed to have “blacked out” HYBE following the leak of controversial internal documents.
Recently, HYBE got into trouble due to internal documents mentioning many other companies’ idols and criticizing them. Among the documents, there were tweets shared showing that HYBE apparently mentioned BABYMONSTER, especially regarding SM Entertainment’s new girl group.

Netizens believe that BABYMONSTER and YG Entertainment have “overshadowed” HYBE with their recent content.
Prior to their comeback, BABYMONSTER released a Baemon News episode, which appeared to be a comedy skit to tease what fans could expect from the group’s release by showcasing the members’ personalities.
During the video, Rora talked about exposing BABYMONSTER and the caption explained: “The truth about BAEMON, internal disclosure by a YG employee.” Many used the direct use of “internal” as a dig at HYBE because it was their internal documents that were leaked.
The document apparently also touched on images of other idols, and netizens thought Pharita was referring to this when she said: “Babies are dangerously… cute. How can all 7 of them be so cute?”
After the video was released, netizens believed that the group and YG Entertainment had “overshadowed” HYBE with the content.
