“My body was strange even before the trip, and I had tested twice with negative results. I had planned the surf, but on the first day, I did another test: it came back positive. It was for the trip. Instead it turned into a prenatal retreat,” He said with a laugh.

“It was late and I just started bleeding heavily”, He told. “I wrapped in a bath towel, I panicked and tried to call the shooting crew. But who would respond to that hour? I rushed to the hospital while contacting the staff, who in the end arrived and took the filming in the hospital.”
Although he had hoped for another natural delivery like his first, the circumstances forced him to undergo an emergency cesarean cut. “I tried to resist, hoping for a natural birth, but they said it wasn’t safer”, He shared.
Where He also reflects on his postpartum experience and how he worked hard to regain his physical strength. “I breastfed for about 100 days. When I went back to the gym, I couldn’t do a single sit-up. My stomach seemed to me a deflated balloon. I was devastated” he said. To recover, it took place up to three hours a day and cut the carbohydrates for three months.
He added with a smile, “I was so severe after my first child who let myself be relaxed a little with the second. I think I need that balance.”
