In a statement released on December 6, ADOR explained: “Recently, an employee responsible for managing the artist contacted an advertiser directly and attempted to enter into a contract between the artist and the brand without involving the company.”
The company called this a serious act of misconduct that facilitates the violation of the artist’s exclusivity contract.
ADOR further stated“We immediately launched an investigation and gave the employee ample opportunity to explain his actions. However, the employee responded with false statements that contradicted clear evidence and did not cooperate with the investigation.”
The company elaborated “We had no choice but to place the employee on standby and request the return of the company-owned laptop. No coercive acts took place during this trial.”
ADOR further noted: “Instead, the employee delayed returning the laptop for several hours, giving various excuses, and ultimately returned it in a fully restored and formatted state.“
The company underlined its intention to conduct a thorough investigation and take necessary legal action.
Previously, an ADOR employee said the company had asked managers to hand over their personal phones and laptops and even forcibly kept them in the office for over three hours, preventing them from returning home.
