“What is this…?”
With the premiere of tvN Weekend K-Drama The love next doorviewers remained focused on the chemistry between the lead actors Jung Hae In AND The young sun Min– so much so that Jung Hae In had to respond to dating rumors that were raging.
Yet, the latest K-Drama episode left them feeling pretty dull.
In episode 13, main characters Choi Seung Hyo and Bae Seok Ryu wake up in bed together after making love for the first time as a couple (and not as childhood friends). The scene shows clothes scattered on the floor…
…then zooms in on the protagonists in bed, facing each other.
Even though it was supposed to be cute and romantic, the bedroom scene was dubbed “the most embarrassing” of all of them.

Viewers couldn’t shake the feeling of how false and unnatural the direction seemed…
The two became lovers after being longtime friends, and spent their first night together, but that vibe didn’t carry over at all. The focus was solely on the awkward and awkward postures of the actors. So it seems like the whole thing, from start to finish, wasn’t enough to convince viewers. Having said that, The love next door It’s a K-Drama rated PG-15, so you shouldn’t expect much heat anyway.
