On December 27, the biggest names in the Korean entertainment industry gathered in Thailand to celebrate their achievements this year Asian Artist Awards 2024 (AAA). Among the participants was Lovely runner-fame Hi Woo Seok.
Byeon took home numerous awards, including the Popularity Award, Best Choice Award, and Best Couple Award (with Lovely runner co-star Kim Hye Yoon).
But as eventful as the evening was for the actor, perhaps the most memorable moment was his unique exit from the stage. During one of his acceptance speeches, the actor began to leave the stage after thanking the audience, then returned with the intention of speaking some more.
But even before he could begin to speak, the microphone stand retreated onto the stage, taking him with it. Byeon Woo Seok could only wave helplessly to the audience.
IVE‘S Wonyoungwho was one of the MCs of the evening, was caught on camera completely stunned by the actor’s unexpected exit.
