Musical actor Bae Nara impressed viewers with his hands-on creativity and heartfelt living space on the January 23 episode of MBC I live alone (Ep.631). The show gave audiences a look into his cozy studio apartment, where he has lived for over six years.
Introducing her home, Bae Nara described it as a space full of memories and warmth: “I have lived here for more than six years. It is a space full of beautiful memories. I have attached everything to the walls to make use of the space. You will find everything you need, nothing superfluous.” Panelists Code Kunst and Leejung admired its cleanliness, commenting: “For someone who has lived here for six years, it is incredibly tidy.”
The apartment reflected Bae Nara’s personal touch throughout. From the gray-painted walls, to the custom-made curtains and light fixtures replaced with the owner’s permission, to the hand-painted bathroom door, every detail was intentionally taken care of. “It actually looks better in person. When the owner came to see me, he was very happy and said I had done a great job,” he said proudly.
The highlight of the space was a clever creation made for her beloved cat, who she adopted from a friend after a temporary foster care. Bae Nara had transformed a closet into a makeshift cat tower, ensuring the feline could climb and move freely. “I made my own version of a cat tower so the cat can move around easily,” he explained, showing his affection.
