It has been two years since he requested the return of the items.
Singer-songwriter Juniel she recently called out her agency for their callous handling of gifts fans sent her.
On Nov. 5, KST, the singer uploaded a lengthy post detailing her complaint. He revealed that two years ago, when he released a song titled “Dear” to celebrate his 10th debut anniversary, his agency proposed using real gifts and letters sent by fans as props in the music video. Juniel agreed and delivered the gifts she had displayed in her home.
It’s been two years since the song was released and Juniel says the agency still hasn’t returned any of the items they borrowed for the music video. Every time he asked for those gifts back, they only offered excuses.
I’ve asked the company dozens of times to return all the drawings, photos, letters and gifts my fans have given me, but they just say they organized everything. Since the person in charge is constantly changing, they say it’s the first time they’ve heard of it and that they need confirmation, or they claim that the items are in multiple places and they are too busy to go and collect them, and for all these reasons they don’t I managed to get nothing in return.

The singer added that the company recently told her they left some items behind while they moved offices.
Yesterday, when I asked again, I was told that the company had moved and that for various other reasons they couldn’t take everything with them, so they couldn’t bring all the props.

Juniel called out conflicting statements from her agency, pointing out that they initially claimed that all the items were organized in one box and, therefore, it would be very easy to bring them all to the new office during the shift. She admitted that she regretted her decision to allow the company to use the gifts that have so much sentimental value to her. “If even one item was lost, I wouldn’t know what to do with the guilt towards the fan who gave it to me,” he stated.
After this post caused a stir online, Juniel’s agency, K-Tigers Entertainment, dodged media questions about it.
Meanwhile, Juniel debuted in 2012 with the song “Illa Illa,” which immediately gained her popularity. He signed with his current agency in 2022.
