A famous influencer suddenly dies during a live stream after complaining of a severe headache

According to foreign media SETN, the influencer from Shaanxi province, China, died on March 9 after feeling a sudden headache and neck pain during a broadcast. The influencer was hosting a live stream selling women’s clothing when she suddenly started showing signs of distress.

In footage which later circulated online, she was seen holding her head and telling viewers she wasn’t feeling well. After briefly walking away from the camera, she returned and appeared increasingly uncomfortable, touching the back of her head and struggling to continue.

As his condition worsened, he reportedly told people nearby: “Please call 911 immediately. I feel like I’m going to collapse.” Emergency responders arrived and attempted cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but the influencer died about 11 minutes after symptoms first appeared.

The tragic accident has sparked widespread discussion online. Many netizens pointed out that the influencer was known for extremely long live streaming sessions, which sometimes lasted more than 10 hours. Some viewers speculated that irregular work hours, lack of sleep and accumulated physical exhaustion may have contributed to his condition.

Others also criticized the situation after reports suggested he had previously suffered headaches but refused medical treatment, which some said may have resulted in a brain hemorrhage. The incident triggered a wave of shock and sympathy from Chinese netizens.

Comments included:

  • “Why did she try so hard?”
  • “Health should always come first. Rest in peace.”
  • “People don’t just die of old age, anything can happen.”
  • “Those who stay up late watching live streams are at greater risk of stroke or heart disease.”

The tragic case has once again raised concerns about the intense workload and health risks faced by live streaming influencers, particularly those working long hours under high pressure.
