On November 14, US music media Billboard published an interview with BLACKPINK’s Lisa, in which the female idol discussed various topics, including plans for future activities, both as a member of BLACKPINK and as a solo artist.
Notably, Lisa confirmed for the first time that BLACKPINK will reunite for a group comeback in 2025, saying, “I can’t wait,” while simultaneously suggesting that the exact plans for this reunion remain to be determined.
However, the female idol was very confused by the news that BLACKPINK will embark on a world tour next year.
When the subject of the tour was mentioned, Lisa squinted and expressed skepticism, asking, “That’s what they say?”
Furthermore, Alice Kang, who works with Lisa and LLOUD and is responsible for many of BLACKPINK members’ activities, insisted that she was unaware of the world tour schedule, adding, “We’ll have to wait and see what YG confirms.
Then, when asked how she’ll juggle group obligations with solo ventures, Lisa simply replied that it’s already something “We’ll find out as we go.”
Ultimately, Lisa admitted that she has no plans to tour alone and that she doesn’t think she can until she’s done working. Therefore, he is now focusing fully on his next solo album.
“It’s so embarrassing to say this.” says the female idol when asked what music she’s liked lately, adding, “but I listen to my album. I’m trying to figure out what I can change in there, the track listing and everything.
“It’s all there” he says. “I think they will be shocked at how capable I am [at] doing so many things.
