While some NCTzens are excited, the announcement has sparked divided reactions.
Many agree that the moment is terrible. As usual, NCTzens are wondering how Sign can run another program when it is already booked and busy. The tour clashes with his solo return.
Mark and Haechan have been on a dream tour and there’s a jingle ball coming up like we let them rest a bit before the 127 tour?!
these dates also fall out of nowhere…
I love all things NCT but is SM here right now?! 🤧 https://t.co/YGGnY6V9bU pic.twitter.com/yA4Xav3s8z— Michelle ♡ (@staygoldentae) November 5, 2024
what’s the point of giving Mark a solo debut if he can’t even promote it? be serious https://t.co/jHHmS5kDyc

the only good thing is that Mark is back in Canada FINALLY, but Mahae needs rest because he is still on tour with 7dream rn, Dream’s return this month, Mark will not have time to work on his solo (which should be released in February) ?? during this tour????) how…. https://t.co/A7FoIqrpnz

It’s crazy how people talk more about the fight than the actual tour. discard it! we want a real solo debut for Mark Lee! https://t.co/H4q8GtQPaI pic.twitter.com/EJwLXWLmFg

Additionally, the group will be significantly smaller than what NCTzens are historically accustomed to.

Ohh so now they know how to release dates early for 127… it’s not like two members have already signed up or anything 😭😒 https://t.co/2uPQSFymLv pic.twitter.com/Am0l4ujrby

Recently, former member Taeil’s contract was terminated, as he was accused of rape. Furthermore, two members are currently completing their compulsory military service. Taeyong enlisted in April, while Jaehyun I just left for military service on November 4th.
lol we should have done this when all the members were present, we still hate you @SMTOWNGLOBAL https://t.co/P1dUOns20t

sorry this pisses me off why can’t they do this last year when the membership is still full https://t.co/bzIP4dlKhE

You couldn’t even let Jaehyun’s bald image marinate on you that much https://t.co/7dA22KlF0H

NCTzens couldn’t think of a worse time to announce a world tour for NCT 127, as SM Entertainment shared the news on the same day as Jaehyun’s enlistment. However, the choice of name was even more unpleasant considering the circumstances.
calling the tour “the momentum” and finally being able to organize the tour dates well enough after all these years of half the members leaving for military service IS A SICK MOVE😭 https://t.co/vs6x3G463J

SM’s audacity to name the tour’s momentum when they killed 127’s momentum during their peak https://t.co/AsaHEADFuJ

Additionally, some are planning to boycott as part of SM Entertainment’s ongoing boycott in response to ‘s departure RIIZE‘S Seunghan.
YES, PLEASE EVERYONE REMEMBER TO BOYCOTT CONCERT TICKETS TOO!! Not just video content!! https://t.co/hJsXfIry7v pic.twitter.com/aI4ztLnvLW

If SM suddenly teases or announces a world tour for RZ, boycott that too. Don’t buy a damn ticket. SM is earning more profit from concerts, so they will probably hold tours to make up for the decline in album sales. Low ticket sales will leave a huge impact that SM will not be able to ignore.…
